Rule of Five & Five Ideas for Promoting Your Wahm Business

Whether you have a home based business or are a blogging wahm, using the Rule of Five will help you grow your business or readership.

The Rule of Five is a simple idea I came up with for myself years ago. Easily put I do five things everyday to promote my blogs. Yes, I have more than one. Why five? Well besides it being a nice number, it’s the number of children I have.

Here are a five ideas for promoting your business.

Find a good networking group on Facebook like, Addicted to Networking.
Use those email signatures on all your emails. Remember though sending naughty jokes with your siggy is not a good idea. Use good judgement.
Leave a comment on a blog post, like this one with your URL. Make the comment sincere, you don’t want to appear spammy.
Write articles for others to use that include your signature line with the link back to your blog/website.
Find a good blog hop, I like the ones hosted by Just Married with Coupons. From one blog hop you can find others. These are beneficial for networking.
